Fall showed up, ignored the weather report, took over the kitchen, and started swirling pumpkin through bread like it had authority.

Autumn Swirl Detail is our organic pumpkin swirl sourdough bread, made for crisp mornings, coffee breaks, football weekends, and that very specific seasonal disorder, where grown adults suddenly feel compelled to buy tiny pumpkins, flannel shirts, and candles named things like Cabin Harvest Bonfire.

Soft, cozy, warmly spiced, and swirled with pumpkin throughout, this loaf is excellent toasted, buttered, turned into French toast, or sliced "just to see how the swirl looks" until half the loaf has somehow been reassigned to active duty.

Possible side effects:  Unnecessary fall decorating, aggressive coffee pairing, opening the oven just to smell it again, and saying "this is so seasonal" while the air conditioner is still running.
