ALERT STATUS:  Breakfast has exceeded recommended spice levels and is refusing to cooperate.

Code Red Rounds are our English muffins loaded with fresh jalapenos, created for people who looked at a perfectly normal breakfast and thought, "This needs to be more confrontational."

Chewy, tangy, and carrying real jalapeno heat, these rounds are cleared for butter, cream cheese, eggs, breakfast sandwiches, or being eaten straight from the toaster by someone who keeps insisting, "It's really not that spice," while visibly reconsidering that statement.

Clinical observation shows the first round improves morale.  The second produces confidence. By the third, the patient is sweating slightly and defending their spice tolerance to absolutely nobody.

Possible side effects:  sudden beverage urgency, dramatic sniffing, reckless hot-sauce comparisons, unnecessary chest-thumping, and family members asking, "Why are your eyes watering?"

Medical directive: Toast thoroughly.  Apply butter.   Maintain dignity if possible.
