MISSION BRIEF:  Italian Herbs were already on site.  Garlic was called in anyway.

Italian Detail Crunch starts with our Italian herb sourdough, then receives an additional garlic deployment before being transformed into crispy, savory croutons.  Because apparently the original herb situation was not considered sufficiently dramatic.

Built for salads, soups, charcuterie boards, and people who open the bag "just to taste one," these crunchy little units deliver serious Italian herb flavor with enough garlic to make personal space enforce itself.

Field reports show most bags begin with honorable intentions involving dinner and end with someone standing at the counter saying, "Well, there aren't enough left for the salad now."

Possible side effects:  aggressive Caesar construction, garlic breath with its own security perimeter, eating croutons like chips, and blaming "quality control" for a suspiciously empty bag.

Command advisory:  These were designed as a topping.
