Italian Support Crumbs start with our Italian herb sourdough, get reinforced with garlic, then are turned into savory breadcrumbs because apparently regular seasoning was no longer getting the job done.

These crumbs are fully cleared for casseroles, chicken, pasta bakes, vegetables, meatballs, mac and cheese, and any meal that has reached the dangerous stage of "It's fine".

Field testing shows most cooks begin with a responsible sprinkle, pause for three seconds, then completely abandon restraint and start applying crumbs like they're trying to cover up evidence.

Possible side effects:  reckless Parmesan deployment, garlic breath with international consequences, aggressive hand gestures, spontaneous use of the phrase, "mamma mia," and suddenly acting like you personally trained in a kitchen outside Rome.
