SEASONAL SURVEILLANCE REPORT:  Maple activity has been detected.  Pecan reinforcements are already on the scene.

Maple Watch is our seasonal maple pecan sourdough, reporting for duty during the brief window when everyone suddenly starts wearing flannel, buying candles that smell like lumberjacks, and pretending 82 degrees counts as crisp fall weather.

Warm maple flavor and pecans are worked through naturally fermented sourdough for a loaf that's equally prepared for breakfast, coffee duty, French toast operations, or repeated "just checking the texture" slices that somehow remove half the evidence.

Clinical observations:  improved morale, increased coffee consumption, spontaneous porch-sitting, and patients developing a suspicious need to say, "This tastes like fall," after every bite.

Command note:  Maple Watch ius seasonal only.  Once fall is relieved of duty, this loaf stands down until next year.
