Regular Size: Ice/Heat Therapy Pack - Whimsy Darlings

Therapy ice/heat packs handmade with 100% cotton, and filled with whole corn. The corn is an excellent heat AND cold conductor - more so than rice or beans. The corn helps the pack's body more manipulative and easier to use. Perfect weight, and no constant readjusting.

When used for ice therapy, store or place the pack in the freezer for at least 20 minutes. Apply to aching muscles, injury, or even over the eyes to help regulate an anxious mind.

When used for heat therapy, place pack in the microwave for at least 60 seconds. The amount of time you put the pack in the microwave is up to your discretion. I recommend using 30 second increments to ensure it won't be too hot.
