Serpentine Mesh Bloom – Reclaimed Metal Sculpture

Silver valve wheel, sweeping mesh leaf & horseshoe base. ⚙️

I mounted a weathered silver valve wheel atop a dramatic, sweeping S-curve stem, letting the original stamped "OPEN / CLOSE" lettering take center stage. Wrapped around the spine is a stiff piece of industrial wire mesh that fans out like a raw, textured leaf, anchored right down into a heavy rusted horseshoe.

At over two pounds, it’s compact, dense, and loaded with rough tactile contrast—playing bright metallic silver against deep, flaking rust and rugged wire texture.
